You should try to find some way to line the hole, to cover the jagged cut plastic. Maybe some small black rubber hose cut length-wise would do the trick; I think that's what people use when they install their rear strut tower braces to line the holes. Also, couldn't you mount the phone holster *inside* the console? Seems to me that all the effort spent getting the charger to appear stealth is wasted when you mount the phone up between the seats with the cord dangling. If you must mount the phone outside the console box, IMO a better location would be up on the front center trim, near the front center air vents. It's not stealth, but neither is your current location, and it looks more purposeful and congruent, since the front console already has electronic components. You could also run the charger wire underneath the console tunnel and up right to the holster, making the wire almost invisible. Just my 2 cents.
